Each person or entity that pays $1,000 or more annually becomes a voting member of the GEDP Board of Directors, with one vote per $500 contribution. No one can have more than 20 votes. A person or entity can become a non-voting member for $200 annually. |
| Organizations | |

|
| An executive committee of thirteen members, comprising seven Chamber board members and six community representatives, will become responsible for GEDP business in the first quarter of 1999. | |
